- Selma Janet Fox McGoram Review added: 2018.08.14★ ★ ★ ★ ☆We stayed at the Rose Guest House for one night in June, (we were doing the North Coast 500 route), and were made to feel very welcome by the owners. The rooms and bed were very clean, and comfortable. Our room overlooked the harbour and it was lovely to look out in the evening and morning on such a lovely view The bathrooms are shared, however, there was no waiting around to have a shower etc. Two bathrooms are upstairs and they were both VERY clean. Packed lunches can be ordered, which we did for the day we were travelling onwards. The Guest House is in walking distance to the town, down an easy slope, it may take about 15-20miins but it is a great walk.
